Create a new party entry with location, coordinates, and PDF document

Party Number

This should be a unique identifier for the party

Party Name

Enter the complete name of the party

Select Location(s)

Hold Ctrl/Cmd to select multiple locations

Longitude

Enter longitude value (decimal degrees)

Latitude

Enter latitude value (decimal degrees)

Distance (km)

Distance in kilometers from reference point

Upload PDF Document

Choose PDF File
